Very practical!

Received in 24 days. Packaging turned out great. Was very excited after seeing positive reviews on this. Instead of leaving a review on the day I got it, I wanted to try it 2 days after. First of all, the stamp is great and the liner is too. After using and practicing over 10 times, I noticed that the ink wasn't as great. (which i understand because it is cheap). It shows up on the eye really lightly even after applying a couple layers. It is indeed waterproof and does not rub off. After using this product, it made me want to buy a better eyeliner at my local store. However, I think the stamp is perfect for the perfect wing especially for beginners. So i will only be using this as a guide, along with a diff (more darker) liner on top to make it more darker. That's my honest opinion :)
